Many clients continue smoking until their appointment. We'll discuss the best approach for you during your consultation.
Can hypnotherapy stop cravings completely?
Most clients notice a complete reduction in cravings and find it much easier to resist urges. However, everyone's experience is different, and some cravings may still occur, particularly in familiar situations. You'll learn practical strategies to manage these successfully. You will also be provided with a hypnosis sleep audio to keep and use when needed.
